Answering a few questions

Freda's POV

I only watched him as he talked, as I could not make sense out of what he was saying. I stayed there frozen as I could not get my mind off what the doctor had just said. “Hardin is still in a coma?” I thought as if that was the only thing that filled my mind. I suddenly felt a touch and I jolted, tilting my head around to see who it was. I then noticed that the two officers were standing before me, and I inhaled deeply, tilting my head to look at my best friend and then back at them before I talked.

“Good day, officers. How may I help you.” I said and they both tilted their head and looked at each other. One heaved a sigh, taking a step forward before he talked.

“We are from the local police department and we would like to have you in the station to answer a few questions about what had happened earlier.” He said, and I tilted my head to look at her as she patted me slowly behind.
