LOGIN"Rose! Wait!" Daryl came running closer. "Oh?! What's wrong? Are you gonna pester me again?!" Rose blurted out irritably as soon as Daryl approached.
"That's harsh. I was just gonna accompany you, heading to work. Even that I'm not allowed to?" Disappointedly, the young man said. He has been falling head over heels with Rose for two years, even though they don't have a thing.
"Can't you just mind your life and leave mine?." Rose protested, then continued walking. Daryl followed silently. When she reached the club, Daryl's feet stopped spontaneously.
He never went in there because he didn't want to see the different men hanging around Rose.
He gulped as the sweat dripped down his face.
"Oh, the queen of the night is here." A woman like Rose said. "Why are you late?" Her friend asked her.
"Better to be late than never," Rose replied. She went straight to her seat after entering their quarters as the club's dressing room. She put the bag down and then took out the makeup.
"A lot of people are waiting for you outside. You're doing fine. I'm sure your calendar is full." Rose didn't say a word and was busy fixing herself. "Why is your face so grim? It's Daryl, isn't it?" Rose stopped suddenly and looked at her friend sharply.
"Easy! I'm not the enemy here but yourself." She raised both hands as if surrendering to the police.
Rose only rolled her eyes and then returned to what she was doing. "You know that's really hard. I told you from the beginning to stop. You will let yourself drown."
Rose didn't talk back because explaining her side of the story was nonsense. "But you know, if I have one like Daryl, who is handsome, loving, and caring, I might have left here long ago and joined him. Even if life is hard, I'm not dainty. If we love each other, that's enough for me." She said it made her feel down.
"Will that love save me from poverty? And we don't have the same perspective, Monique.." Rose denied what her friend wanted to convey.
"Geez! You really deny it. I've known you for a long time. Just by your movements, I know you also feel something about that person.."
Rose took a deep breath and left the room after getting ready and putting on the sandal with high heels.
She went straight to Mother Lili. "Mommy. Good evening. Who is my customer today?" Rose put a fake smile on The old woman with heavy makeup.
"You go shopping...They've been waiting for you for a while..." The old lady replied, snorting at the men who didn't yet have a girl on the table. Rose's eyes rolled. She stopped at a man still wearing a tuxedo and with shiny hair.
Rose walked casually toward the man, who seemed to be in his 40s.
The man's eyes flashed as Rose sat down next to him, and his right hand wrapped around Rose's shoulder.
Some time passed. The table was filled with bottles of liquor.
"Can I take you out? Bring you home, honey?!" The foreigner said with a broad beam.
"Sure.. But you know my price.." Rose answered with a raised eyebrow.
"Name the price.. my dear.." The man gave her a silly look and even tasted her neck.
Rose gasped when his beard touched her skin. She got to earn more when she agreed to take out by the customer. It depends on how much time they spend and if something happens between them.
The man took Rose to a well-known hotel with an expensive car. Rose looked around. She immediately knew what was going to happen this whole night.
She is used to it, unlike when she experienced that for the first time. At that time, her whole body and personality almost faced the prince of darkness in extreme fear.
The man's hand never left her shoulder as they walked to the receptionist.
Rose was breathing deeply as if it was going to be permanent.
"Do you wanna eat first? We can order food.." The man said when they entered the hotel room.
This is just one of the luxurious rooms that Rose has been in with the many customers she has had at the club.
"I'm not hungry." She answered simply without even looking at the other person.
"How about.. hmm, taking a bath?!"
"Do you want me to take a bath?" The foreigner responded with a smile and then shook his head.
"I want that now!" His eyes pointed to the lower and middle parts of Rose's body.
Rose stood up from sitting on the bed and gently removed the first piece of clothing she touched.
The man just watched her until she was completely naked under scrutinizing eyes.
"You know what. I like you. Every girl should be like that. Submitting to their master." He explained with an ear-to-ear smile, then slowly approached Rose.
He dropped it on the bed and immediately sat down. His lips went straight to Rose's dry mouth.
With the intensity of the kiss, Rose almost ran out of breath. His hands quickly crawled on her body.

When Rose woke up, the man was no longer in the room. She was left with only a blanket, protecting her body from cold.Rose saw a piece of paper on the side table. She got up and sat down gently. She could still feel her legs shaking.
Rose took the paper next to the money that was still bundled. It was 100k, so she was startled.
"Thank you for the wonderful night.." This is what was written on the paper.
Rose smells and kisses the money. She couldn't hide the joy and excitement on her face, but it was only momentarily replaced by tears and sobs.

"Mom! I'm here!" Rose shouted as she got home with them. Her eyebrows met when she reached the kitchen.
"What are you doing here?!"
"Oh, daughter! Daryl has been waiting for you for a while. I don't know what this boy saw in you.." Her mother joked.
"Go home..." Daryl stood up and approached Rose, who spoke and constantly avoided him.
"Are you from your man? What did he make you happy??" He grabbed Rose's arm angrily. Her mother immediately left them with the tone of Daryl's speech showing anger.
"Leave me alone! What's wrong with you?! It's like you don't know my job!" She insisted and looked at Daryl badly.
"Can you give us a moment?" I asked Kazzy as I briefly interrupted the kiss with Cara. She followed. "And please lock the door for me." I chased after Kazzy before she could finally leave. Cara was about to turn her back on me, but I quickly grabbed her hand. "We're not done yet." "Done on what really?" Cara glared at me, but she couldn't scare me. Now that I dared to stand by my feelings for her. I pulled her back to our previous position. her lips on mine. I closed my eyes and pressed her in a deep kiss again. She tried to push me away, but she was obviously still weak. "Don't fight me anymore," and I held her tighter in my arms. "The hell are you thinking?" She managed to speak properly because my kiss went to her neck. until it crawled down. "Fuck, Daphne!" she cursed, so I laughed. But I didn't stop. I continued. I wanna have sex with her right now. right here. I knew she had been awake for a long time, and she probably stopped Kazzy from telling me th
Daphne POV I desperately wanted to go home and finally see Cara. This time, I want to make things right and not lose her again. When the doctor said I could go out, Craig immediately booked the earliest tickets back to the country. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to see and hold Cara in my arms. I intend to express my true feelings to her. This marks my unwavering commitment at this moment. The day I had been dreading finally arrived. Craig and I are now in the car with the twins, going to the airport. "I can't deny your excitement, Daphne." I smiled at what Craig said. "Thank you for taking care of me," and we were silent again for the entire trip. There wasn't an hour, a minute, a second that Cara didn't run through my mind. I also didn't sleep on the plane until it landed in the Philippines. It's good that the twins behaved. There were no problems with them. "Can you look out for the twins?" I asked Craig when we arrived at the mansion, since we hadn't
CARA POV Daphne's words didn't escape my ears. Did I hear it right, or was my hearing also got damaged from the car accident? Even so, my heart couldn't help but be happy. Again I want to wait till I be the one she needed. Even if waiting means possibly got hurt. My brain still dictate what's the obvious. That she loves my brother more than me. That I just became a cover for the hole that he could not fill because of being gay. Nonetheless, my heart only beats for Daphne. I could not think of any possible way to untangle myself to her. "You heard it. She misses you so bad." Kazzy interrupted my thought. The call ended so she went back to stopping me from running away again. "You have nothing to worry about now. I won't escape. " Giving her the satisfaction she pleaded. "If you want. You can go home for now and rest. You've been taking care of me like forever." "No.. I didn't. Daphne was the one who took care of you when you were in a long, deep slumber." Did
CARA POV How I wish I had never woken up again. Just wanna stay where I am already. I am better dead than living like hell, knowing they're happier together without me in the picture. The pain before the accident remains here in my heart. Why can't I just forget everything for the sake of everyone's happiness? And so my peace of mind too. I tried to move my body but I failed. I wanted to leave before my brother arrived and especially Daphne. It would only be harder for me to accept everything if I continued to be with her. It would be better to stay away so I could learn not to love her anymore. I guess this is the reality of being in love with someone that shouldn't be. "Could you stop pretending?" I gasped when I heard Kazzy speak. So she knows I'm conscious. "I know why you're doing this but they're waiting for this day, Cara. So don't hurt them." "I'm the one who hurt them now? Aren't I already giving in for their happy ending?" I saw her shake her head. I was
It was challenging to leave Cara, but I had to, despite not wanting to, to protect the company she had built and worked hard for. Even though our time apart would be brief, it felt like an eternity. I entrusted Kazzy to look after her, knowing she would provide excellent care. We have made plans to FaceTime daily to bridge the distance and alleviate the feeling of being away. Since arriving discreetly in Spain two days ago, my mind hasn't left Cara. Craig made an excuse for a leave of absence as he needed time for us. We must go together to avoid suspicion. However, my heart yearns to be back with the woman I love. If I could do things fast, I would. "Are you ready?" I stood up to meet him with confidence when I heard his voice. We rented a hostel that was not an eye-catcher to proceed with the plan. "Of course. I have to be." I assured him despite my initial doubts about becoming a mother at a young age. I know that I am capable of embracing this new chapter in m
"Daph, I'm really concerned that you might get sick if you keep this up." I was lost in thought when a familiar voice broke through. It's been a whole week now, and I haven't left the hospital once. It's starting to feel like a second home to me, but not in a good way. It's as if I checked in, and there's no check-out date in sight. My attention shifted from Cara to Craig as he walked in, looking like he just got off work. "Have you eaten?" I asked, not paying attention to his words from earlier. He seemed like he was neglecting himself already due to his heavy workload. I didn't want him to end up in a hospital bed, either. "Let's not change the subject. I'm serious. If something happens to you, my sister will never forgive me. Worst.. She will definitely, no doubt, kill me." I stood up to tend him but felt unsteady. Luckily, Craig quickly caught me before my face hit the floor. "This is exactly my point!" He said firmly. "You're asking if I've eaten, but you're sk
