Zack Zekyle ZORNZON POV
Zack Zekyle Zornzon was my name. I had a nasty attitude and selfish thoughts, caring only about myself. Thanks to my father, I developed a deep hatred for the world. When my mom left, I started despising my father for giving up on finding her so quickly. It was clear to me that he didn't want to search for her while he had his new family. I believe my mom left because she discovered my father's affair with another woman.
I can't blame my mother. If I were in her shoes, I would have done the same. Imagine seeing your husband with another woman, knowing they already have a child who is only a few years younger than your own child. It would be like a bomb exploding inside you.
I woke up in a new bed, completely naked. I slowly gathered my scattered clothes from all over the room.
My head was pounding. Last night, I got drunk with my friends and ended up meeting two attractive girls. Now they were lying naked on the bed. There were still other girls asleep in the room, but I needed to leave before they woke up. I couldn't afford to get caught in this situation again. Hahaha! Definitely not like this.
I was only sixteen years old, but I could do things that older guys were only allowed to do. Nobody cared. I was the heir of the most powerful wolf family in the country. Additionally, I had a handsome face and a physique that every girl desired. Despite my young age, I had managed to develop some abs, thanks to my daily training. With my six-foot height, it was hard for people to guess my age.
I mounted my horse, which was already in motion after a minute. My plan was to go home first, take a short rest, and then head to school. I tied my horse to my dad's horse. I wondered if my dad was still around. Checking my watch, I realized it was already seven o'clock. Why did he keep coming back? But I simply shrugged it off and didn't pay much attention. I didn't care about him at all.
As soon as I entered the house, my dad immediately hit me. I wasn't expecting that.
"What the heck? Fuck!" I swore instinctively. It just slipped out. Who wouldn't curse in that situation? I had just arrived, and the first thing I received was a punch. "Seriously?" What kind of bullshit was this?
"At last, you're home!" My dad said sarcastically, then sat down on a chair after punching me. I shook my head and responded sarcastically...
"Yeah, at last. So glad to be here," I smirked. If he thought I would be afraid, he was completely wrong. I wasn't scared at all. Another punch from my dad only fueled my anger, causing me to clench my fist.
"Now what? You expect me to fight back? I didn't bring you into this world to tarnish our name and cause trouble! But you keep doing it over and over again!" My dad grabbed some newspapers and threw them in front of me, wanting me to see the headlines. I just smiled as I read them.
Several paparazzi were following me, even though I wasn't an actor. I didn't care about them at all! The front page featured my friends and me, all of us simultaneously punching and kicking a guardian (a powerful wolf that protects our world). I had many friends, and each of us had different abilities.
It was his fault, I admitted to myself. We were riding our horses too fast, and he had the audacity to tell us we were going too fast. Can you believe it? I wasn't even under the influence of any drugs at the time. He should be grateful I didn't kill him.
"Is that all you're upset about? I got punched for that?" Thumbs up!
I had done much worse things than that, I whispered to myself.
"I'm tired. Are you done punching me?" I spoke in a bored voice.
I could tell my dad was still holding onto his anger, judging by how tightly he clenched his fist. It seemed like he wanted to hit me again, fueled by his frustration. 'Tsk.'
Go ahead and stay angry for as long as you want, I whispered once again.
I turned away from him and noticed his second wife glaring at me.
Despite their anger towards him, my grandfather's decisions remained unchanged. I would be the next in line to inherit the throne of our family as the firstborn son. And besides, I was the legitimate Zornzon, not Zeth, my half-brother.
Feeling tired of being in that house and not wanting to stay any longer, I decided to go to school. Instead of planning to skip my first class, I chose to go to school and find a better place to sleep. They had bored and angered me enough in that house.
While riding my horse, I came across a beautiful girl who caught my attention. Intrigued, I halted my horse in front of her and mustered the courage to ask her to spend some time with me. Surprisingly, she agreed, and we found ourselves in the depths of the forest. I couldn't help but smirk at her willingness. Without hesitation, she removed her underwear, enticing me further. The girl flirted with me, smiled, and even kissed me passionately.
However, amidst our intimate encounter, I noticed a hooded figure observing us from a distance. This unexpected presence heightened my excitement, prompting me to hold the girl's waist firmly and engage in rough and intense sexual activity. Eventually, the mysterious figure fled the scene. Satisfied, I finished what I had started and left the girl with a smile, swiftly riding away on my horse. She attempted to chase after me, but her efforts were in vain. She was simply too slow.
In order to ensure our paths crossed, I made sure to be the first person to enter the school. However, my arrogance led me to clash with someone.
"Hey, are you blind?" I taunted the person.
To my surprise, it was Miss Hoody, the same girl who had witnessed my previous encounter. I couldn't contain my excitement as I confronted her.
The girl cowered, her face hidden beneath the hood, but her trembling body revealed her fear. She must have been overwhelmed by the presence of the most notorious guy in the school. Although I wasn't in the mood for another encounter, I felt a twinge of sympathy for her. Smirking, I grabbed her and forced her to look at me.
"Look who we have here!" I exclaimed, taken aback by the presence of the most infamous girl in history. Or is she a wolf? Rumor has it that she possesses no powers. She remained silent, gazing at me. Could she be deaf? Without hesitation, I seized her and whisked her away to my room, contemplating what to do with her.
I could hear her pleading, but I paid her no attention. I wasn't in the mood for conversation. I was exhausted.
As she struggled, crying, I reluctantly decided to speak, hoping to alleviate the tension.
"Stay still, unless you want me to hurt you even more by tightening my grip on your wrist."
She continued to tremble and sob. Did she not realize that her actions only fueled my annoyance?
"What do you want, Zack?" Samuel Rex Sorjon, the only student who didn't fear me, interrupted. Every time I saw him, I had an urge to strangle him.
Sorjon belonged to the second-most powerful clan, but I couldn't care less. My clan's ranking as number one meant nothing to me.
He should be grateful to the "elder."
The elder held the utmost authority within each clan.
for implementing certain rules, one of which prohibited unnecessary fights. Apparently, a simple altercation like this didn't qualify.
As I glanced at Samuel, the girl attempted to escape, but I was quicker. I reached out to grab her hair, but only managed to grasp her ribbon. Her long, black, glossy hair cascaded around her, and a gentle breeze carried her floral scent through the air.
She looked around, frightened. However, my heart skipped a beat. I couldn't move, completely taken aback.
What was happening? My heart, which I believed to be made of stone, was pounding. Could it be? Did I actually have a heart? I never expected this. Hahaha...
In my eyes, she now resembled an angel. What was going on with me? Taking a deep breath, I cautiously approached her, and she mirrored my movements. Although she seemed to be retreating, she was actually moving in the opposite direction.
I shouted, "Stop!" in an attempt to halt the situation. Samuel's response caught me off guard. Was he joking or did he want to challenge my power?
Clearing my throat, I spoke up, "Stop if you value your life." My thoughts were clouded, my head still throbbing. I couldn't think clearly, but one thing was certain—I wanted her to stay close to me. Even if it meant using my power to intimidate her, I was willing to do whatever it took. I would even pick a fight with Sorjon if necessary.
She immediately complied, her smile captivating me. I swallowed hard, taken aback by her beauty. She looked directly at me, and I found myself mesmerized by her gaze.
"Okay, what now?" she asked.
"Come with me!" I commanded, my voice strained. I motioned for her to follow as I walked ahead. She obediently trailed behind me. We arrived at my room, and as soon as I opened the door, the noise and commotion from the other students vanished. They scattered at the sight of me.
Samuel spoke to the elderly man standing behind him.
"Fix that, Roco."
"Yes, sir," Roco replied.
It seemed like the door was broken again, thanks to me.
I didn't even need to exert one percent of my power. I walked straight to my chair and glanced back at the girl, realizing she hadn't followed me. I tapped the chair next to me, urging her to sit. She hesitated, her movements betraying her doubt. I stared at her with wide eyes, silently urging her to comply. If scaring her was what it took, so be it.
Finally, she moved and cautiously approached me, her fear evident. Once she was in front of me, I grabbed her wrist and guided her to sit beside me. Samuel took a seat in the chair behind me, a smile playing on his lips.
Was he smiling at her?
Tsk. Why did it bother me?
"Everyone, she is now under my control," I declared, my voice echoing throughout the room. I noticed her mouth open as if she wanted to say something.
I warned the girl, the little wolf, not to argue, as it would be the last thing she could say to me.
She pouted, making her even more adorable.
She looked at me, and I couldn't help but laugh. But why was my heart racing so fast?
Was it because of the way she looked at me, smiled, or even pouted? What was she doing to me?
Samuel, It is now midnight. The fresh air fills the forest as all the esteemed and influential human-wolves from our SORJON clan gather. Our clairvoyant stands before a bonfire, her hands raised, chanting something in the air. Out of the ten clans, we are the only ones blessed with clairvoyance, although its power is limited. Each of us possesses unique abilities, ranging from one to one hundred percent in strength. Occasionally, some of us may have two or three superpowers, but we have never encountered anything like what the clairvoyant is telling us now. It's both fascinating and terrifying. What if she has ill intentions? I can't fathom what she might do to us. Telepathy, telekinesis, hypersensitivity, invisibility, strength, and incredible speed are just a few examples of the abilities we possess. I, for instance, have three abilities, each currently 50% stronger due to my training. However, I have never heard of anyone possessing more than three abilities. If this girl trul
Lyca Every student's eyes are on us. I tried to hide my face by stooping, as if they wouldn't recognize me. I let out a sigh. "Do you really want me to keep pulling you like this?" I raised my head to catch a glimpse of his attractive face. Even though he's a total jerk, he still has that wonderful face. We've come to a halt in the middle of the corridor, so I got better at gazing at him. His eyes shine, and he appears to be smiling naughtily at the same time, a mischievousness visible in his eyes. Wait, what did I just say? Did I say that he was attractive? He's a scumbag! Disgusting! And... Whatever... "I wouldn't stop pulling you; even if you say so, it would be more convenient for both of us if you walk alongside me. Do you agree?" I nod. "Do I really have any other choices?" I mumble sarcastically. "Good, now let's go." "I have a practice game in football. You should sit on one of the benches and cheer for me." My eyes widened in shock. I've never done it in my life beca
Damon, When the wind blows, it carries a delightful scent of flowers - fresh, sweet, aromatic, and fragrant. I wonder where the source of this enchanting fragrance is. As I surveyed the area, I couldn't see anything except for the players surrounding me. I wondered what could be the origin of that scented flower. Being a pure-blooded vampire, I possess heightened senses. I can smell things even from a distance, move swiftly, and my eyesight is exceptional. Despite not choosing to be a pure-blooded vampire, I was born that way. My mother, who was a human hunter and fighter, caught the attention of a pure-blood vampire a hundred years ago due to her strength. However, since she was a human three generations before me, she has already passed away, leaving behind cells that carry a hereditary trait. These cells determine if a pure-blood vampire is born and cause my father excruciating pain, as if he were giving birth. Additionally, they manifest as tattoos on my body, initially appeari
Lyca Zack and I were walking together, with Lyca on my right and Damon on my left. I raised an eyebrow at Zack's comment. "What are you doing, being flirtatious, vampire?" I asked, slightly annoyed. Zack only replied with a smirk, which annoyed me even more. "Do you want me to embarrass you in front of everyone at school?" I threatened. "Tsk! I'd like to see you try," Zack retorted. I was about to respond when suddenly, a loud voice interrupted us. "What took you so long?" boomed Mr. Salazar, our disciplinary school teacher. I remembered the punishment I wanted to protest, but I knew it wouldn't end well for me. Mr. Salazar was not only a teacher but also a Guardian and a skilled fighter. If I picked a fight with him, not only would my grandfather punish me, but I would also exhaust myself in the process. "Sir, where do we start?" Damon asked, breaking the silence. I sighed, realizing I had forgotten about Lyca. "Can I go to class with Zack now?" I asked, turning to Lyca, who w
Olivia POV I winced when she bit me. It's unbelievable. How pathetic! All she can do is resort to biting her enemies. Lyca shouted loudly while hugging her aunt. TSS, loser, I immediately left when I saw them both fall. Well, I suppose they're dead now. I threw numerous knives at them, making it impossible for them to survive. I did what I thought was right for that woman! I ran through the dark, dense forest. Every step I took created a crackling sound, echoing through the thick, shadowy path. I needed to get home because what I did was forbidden, but I also wanted to get revenge on that woman. Zack hurt me, and I felt humiliated in front of everyone. I didn't want to be seen as weak by my friends. Every clan had signed an agreement that all problems needed to be resolved peacefully to prevent war. What I did, I knew, would undoubtedly start a war. So I needed to act as if I hadn't done anything wrong. As long as there was no evidence that could be used against me, I would be seen
"Irya, Olivia's sister," "Olivia! Olivia! What happened to you?" I kept calling my sister's name, but she didn't seem to be able to move. "Dad! Mom!" "Help!" Everyone came running towards me after I shouted loudly. "What happened to your sister, Irya?" "I don't know, dad. She just got home, and she's shaking uncontrollably." "Oh my, what is this?" My mother pointed out something on my sister's shoulder. It looked like a foul, bloody wound. Every second, it grew bigger. We examined her entire body after placing her on the couch, but there didn't seem to be any other wounds besides the crawling, filthy wound that now covered almost her entire body. I cried and begged my parents for help. "Will she survive?" "We will try to find a solution," my parents said with concern. My father got up to make a phone call. And all I could do was cry and listen to everyone. "Hello... yes..." Silas: May I speak with him? Yes, OK. Silas, we urgently need your help. It's Arturo, yes... "Thank you
Lyca As I descend the grand staircase of the mansion, I find myself unable to tear my eyes away from the corner. Everything about this place exudes wealth and opulence. The chandelier is breathtaking, and the walls are adorned with numerous portraits. But one particular portrait catches my attention. It's my mother. I reach out and touch it, feeling a sense of longing and sadness. "I miss you, Mom," I whisper, my voice trembling. Suddenly, an unexpected voice fills the room, causing me to startle. "I've been waiting for you, Lyca!" I freeze in my tracks as I see who it is. It's my grandparents, standing before me. I had believed this to be my mother's house, and seeing them confirms it. They haven't changed a bit. My grandfather, with his striking gray eyes that resemble mine, still possesses the same charm. As I study him closely, I notice the resemblance between him and my mother. "Do you know why you're here?" my grandfather asks. "No," I reply, my voice barely audible. "Beca
Samuel After class, I immediately ran through the side forest of our clan territory perimeter to practice. I've been doing this every day to become more powerful and eventually become the ruler of all the wolf clans. That was my plan. However, Lyca's actions, or rather, what she did to Irya, will ruin my plan. Zack didn't believe it was Lyca because he didn't know about her in the first place. I clenched my fist and attacked my opponent, but the elderly were much faster than me and evaded my attacks. I eagerly delivered another punch with equal power. That was one of my abilities, along with lightning-fast speed. With each move I made, the dry leaves swirled around me like a tornado. This time, my opponent couldn't dodge my attack. "Hahaha, it seems like you're getting stronger every day, Sam," my uncle's laughter echoed throughout the forest. At night, birds flew in fear. I shook my head. I needed to become much stronger than before. "Because I think Lyca already knows about the
