Elysia laid in the bed deprived of any signs of life in her. Only the slight rise and fall of her chest was the evidence that she was living although she was dead. Her phone was ringing continuously but she had no strength left to get up and see who was calling her. Just when the scary night flashed through her mind, she shrunk and hugged her legs. The tears were leaving the corners of her eyes. The phone stopped ringing and it hadn't been 10 minutes yet when the knock on her door grabbed her attention. Her eyes frightened instantly.
