Softly closing the door behind me, I walked further into his chambers and looked around.

I was shocked to see blood on the floor, leaving trails towards the one room he disappeared in to.

The knob on that door was bloody as well and I could see fingerprints on the stomach of the door.

Without thinking, I quickly rushed to the door and pushed it open.

As soon as I walked in, I saw him. Sitting on a chair infront of a bookshelf, bare chest and a large cut on his right side under his arm.

A loud gasp escaped my lips as I saw blood flowing out of the wound.

When Prince Barlion realized that he was not alone, he looked over his shoulder and glared.

No matter how cruel his brown eyes looked, the fact that his face was already lossing color alarmed me more.

Unable to stop myself, I rushed over to him and dropped down on my knees to look closer at his wound.

The cut was above his waist and a little below his armpit. It's not even a small cut. It was large, long and deep.
