His actions tickled tang Ruochu, but Lu Shijin quickly kicked his brother out of his home.

After Lu Shengyao left, Lu Shijin and Tang Ruochu headed upstairs into the study. He worked while she began transcribing the interview she had conducted in the morning.

They worked in amicable silence as though they were an old married couple. They focused on their work and didn't intrude on each other's work. They worked comfortably in silence and enjoyed peaceful time.

Lu Shijin wrapped up his work at around 10 p.m. Then, he walked up to Tang Ruochu and sat beside her. He wrapped his arm naturally around her waist and asked, "How much longer do you have to work?"

Tang Ruochu instinctively leaned into his embrace and said with a smile, "Just a little bit. Why don't you head into the shower, I should be done soon."

"I want to shower with you tonight."

"Is... that supposed to be a joke?"
