Jiang Liu was being at his very calmest. "She didn't come," he replied indifferently.

"What a diss to you! She shouldn't have..."

Everyone was as surprised as Gao He. After all, the bride must have come from a family that wasn't as rich as the Jiangs.

Any other woman would have felt it necessary to show her appreciation for having the honor of marrying into the Jiang family.

Wang Junxian passed a cigar to Jiang Liu.

Jiang Liu pointed his lit cigar at the mischievous Gao He.

He was the youngest among all the rich young males in the room and the youngest grandchild of Chief Gao. He was well-liked by his family.

It was because they had hobbies in common—golf and snooker.
