Alexander's POV:
I was stunned when I looked at the locket. It was my locket, given by my grandmother.
I felt like I was hit by direct thunder. I couldn't comprehend anything for some moments.
How could Sapphire have it?
Then was she my long lost angel?
I looked at the limp body of Sapphire. She was lying like a corpse.
She was still bleeding.
Oh my God! What have I done to my angel?
I was going to lose her at this rate.
She needed emergency medical help. I called the doctor. When the doctor came, he examined Sapphire. His eyes widened for a second, then he shook his head lightly. His eyes filled with pity at Sapphire's state. But he didn't say anything because of fear.

He went near her and saw her reading a big scientific book. Sensing his presence, Sapphire looked at him. Alexander smiled at her but she didn't return it. "Do you like reading? I never knew you were fond of scientific books." He tried to start a conversation. Sapphire sighed but didn't reply instantly. It reminded her how much she liked to read scientific books. She was admitted into microbiology. But after Alexander took her forcefully, everything was over. Her dream of becoming a scientist was over too.
