Chapter Four

Rana's POV

"Hi baby doll." Traven said, the instance he noticed me walk into the restaurant.

"Hi Traven." I grinned and sat on the chair beside the one he was sitting on.

He planted a gentle kiss on my lips. It sent shivers down my spine. I could feel my face go red hot.

"Traven?!" I said shyly and looked around with a smile plastered on my face. "We're in public."

"Do I care about public?" He smirked. How hot and romantic.

I raised my eyebrows, opened my mouth to say something but nothing came out. I smiled, biting my inside cheek.

"Now don't blush to much." He gave me another kiss on my cheek. It felt warm and cold.

Traven called a waiter and he came immediately.

"What would you like to eat Rana?" Traven asked, stroking my hair.

"Nothing. Okay? Just get me a cup of juice." I said to the waiter.

"Why?" Traven frowned a bit.

"I already ate." I lied. I ate, but just a cookie, that afternoon. I didn't want to embarrass myself, if me eating was not cute. He'll feel embarrassed.

"Rana?!" He frowned then sighed. "Okay fine."

Oh my God. I didn't know if I did upset him.

"Get me a plate of salad." He said to the waiter and the waiter left.

"Did I upset you?" I asked in order to clarify.

He grinned. "No, you didn't." He continued to stroke my hair. "This date will just be short if you don't eat for long."

"Oh Traven. I'm sorry." I planted a kiss on his cheek.

"It's okay. But," He smirked.

"But what?" I arched an eyebrow.

"You'll have to follow me home then we'd watch a romantic movie. I have a whole bunch of that."

"Okay. It's fine." I grunted. I had a scruple about it but it's Traven. It's okay.

Ellen's words, she said earlier, flashed into my head.

The waiter brought our order and bill. Traven paid him and tipped him.

I gulped my grape juice. It was cold and refreshing.

Traven ate his salad but he had leftovers.

"Let's go sweetie." He stood up and pulled me up, a little.

We went to Traven's car. I sat beside the driver's seat, when he was driving.

He kept on playing with my fingers with one hand and holding the steering with the other.

We finally reached his house. It was a big and beautiful house. It spelt 'wealth'.

He got down from the car and turned to open the car door for me to come out. Such a nice gentleman.

We entered his house. I looked around the living room. It was beautiful.

"You have a beautiful house, Traven." I complemented.

We had been in a relationship for about 6 months but we hadn't gone to each other's house. How cute.

I sat on a couch.

"What of your parents or family?" I asked for no good reason. Just felt the need to.

"I live alone baby." He grinned.

"What?!" The house was too big for only him to live in.

"I'll be right back." He announced and scuttled up the stairs.

I shut my eyes and exhaled at Traven's familiar scent.

He came back. "Hey baby. Sorry, I took so long." Traven said, grinning, he sprinted to meet me.

"No problem." I grinned.

"I love you." He planted a kiss on my neck.

"Traven!" I giggled.

"Let's go to my mini cinema. I watch movies there and watch lullabies when I want to sleep." He said.

I followed him, we got into a small room with a large screen, other devices I probably don't know. It really loved like a mini cinema.

He did some things then a movie started playing, a romantic movie.

There was a big blanket with four pillows on it and a bed spread.

He lay on it and tapped it, indicating that I joined him.

I had a scruple about this. I reluctantly went to lay beside him. He covered us with a bed spread.

The screen was high enough for us to see what was playing.

I suddenly felt his hands wrap around my waist. I squeaked then melted at his touch.

Traven's POV

"I have to go now." Rana said, grinning. Her voice vibrated on my chest.

"Why?" I frowned.

"The movie has ended. It's the third we've watched already." She begged me with her eyes. "And, it's late."

"What? Late?" I looked at my wristwatch. It was. Oh my gosh. 9:35pm.

I widened my eyes, pouted my lips, whistling.

"See." She laughed. "I have to go home."

"Please stay. Just one more movie." I made a puppy eyes. I knew that was childish but I didn't want her to go yet.

"Traven?!" She begged.

"I might fall for another girl when you leave." I teased.

"No, you won't." She giggled, stood up and held her bag. Her bringing the bag, was completely unnecessary to me. "I trust you."

Traven's POV

"Good afternoon, sir." One of my servants, Dave, came to meet me.

"Hi Dave." I greeted him.

"Well-" He started but my phone rang, interrupting him.

I looked at it. It was my father. Why the hell was he calling me?

"Hello." I said on answering the call.

"Hello." He laughed like Santa. I knew he was going to be putting his hand on his tummy.

"Why the hell did you call me?!" I yelled, frowning.

"No reason. Just called to say 'hi'." He said.

"Hi. Bye." I hang up on him and placed my phone in my pant pocket.

I went upstairs to my room, brushed my hair and took one of my car keys from a drawer in my room.

I walked downstairs and entered my car. I didn't have the chance to listen to what Dave had to say. So sad for him. I was a jerk sometimes.

I drove my car. I didn't know my destination. I just needed to get out. Staying at home was boring.

I noticed a bakery and decided to stop by and get some cheesecake.

I parked my car and entered the bakery. I was so damn hungry for cheesecake.

"One tasty cheesecake, please." I told a man, obviously selling something there.

"Okay." He had a dumb look on his face which caused me to chuckle.

"What?" He sneered at me.

"Nothing." I shook my head, smiling.

He got me the cheesecake and I payed him. I noticed some ladies looking at me with giggles. One of them waved at me.

I winked at them, they gasped, put their hands on their chest. One of them fanned herself with her hand.

I left the bakery. I walked towards my car. I didn't know when I hit a figure, before getting to my car.

I looked at the figure. It was a beautiful, tall lady. She rubbed her hand on her head, winced and let out a yelp.

"I'm sorry." I apologized. I noticed that the lady was familiar but I couldn't recall where I knew her from.

She looked at me properly.

"You?!" She smiled.

"Yes? Me?" I narrowed my eyes, trying to recall where or when I met her. "Do you know me?" I asked to clear my confusion.

"It's me. Ellen." She grinned.

"Ellen." I tried to recall. That name was also familiar.

"You're one of the 'Black Zees' right?" She asked. Obviously, everyone in school knew that.

"Yes, I am." I arched my eyebrows. "Do I know you?"

"Remember that day in school when I hit your leader or something, then I insulted them? Then you bailed me." She said, still grinning.

"Oh. Yeah!" I grinned. I remembered her. "You're that naughty sweetheart."

She blushed then I lounged on the wall.

"So," She tightened her lips as if she was thinking of something, looking to the left and right. "What's your name?"

"Well. You know we don't reveal our names to members of the school." I smiled.

"Why?" She frowned, crossed her arms across her chest, pouted her lips. That was weird.

"I... Uhm... It's..." I stumbled. I didn't know what to say. "It's just our thing."

"Tell me or I dip my finger down your nose." She smirked. That was crazy and gruesome.

That was weird. "Okay." I sighed. "I'm Max. Now. Don't tell anyone." I lied.

She grinned. "Okay."

She was damn beautiful. I felt like kissing her for no reason. Well. It's normal. I was a boy for all the girls I wanted to be with. I had 15 girlfriends.

"Bye beautiful. Got to go." I winked.

"Bye." She smiled.

I gave her an air kiss before leaving, causing her to blush.
