Chapter 38(part 2)

I do a lap around the track to get my muscles moving and after stretch my legs out doing some lunges, Frankenstein's, and opening and closing the gates.

When I'm done stretching I take out my soccer ball and begin to do toe taps, cuts, pullbacks, roll sides, etc. Doing this before a game I find helps during the game. My moves tend to be more precise and accurate.
