Chapter 18

Sarah was startled and she knew that it was not easy for the servant, so she stopped interrogating.

She sat down without hesitation.

A servant immediately came over. She first served her a bowl of congee, then poured a glass of milk. Then, she stood next to Sarah. Whatever food Sarah picked, she moved and served them in front of Sarah.

Sarah finally understood the meaning of being a queen. A queen not only had to have a strong aura, but she also had to be accompanied by a lot of servants which made it more queenly.

No one was bothering her, and her recently upset stomach did not go on strike, so she was able to have a fulfilling meal.

When she was done eating, she pointed at the little dumpling on the table, and asked, “What’s inside?” It was so delicious. She would have eaten two more if she was not full.

“It’s stuffed with seafood. There are scallops, shrimps, dried oysters, dried scallops, dried squid…”
