It was time for the Thanksgiving event in town, and Palmer was getting ready for her group’s performance. Since she left the hospital, she hasn’t talked to Christopher despite stealing glances with each other.
It was painful for her not to hug or kiss him or even be able to tell him how much she loved him. She tried to focus on preparing for the performance and her schoolwork instead. There was no time to think about him.
