Chapter 15: Avoiding

I don't know what to feel. I was not on my own while listening to the lecture. I never felt Klaud's presence again. We don't have a proper closure. I don't even know if we break up or not. I also don’t want to think like that. It seems like this past few weeks were a bit tough for me.

"Are you coming?" Demi uttered beside me.

I watched her while reading. I rolled my eyes at her when I saw she was looking at me with those puppy eyes.

"No."

"Alforo is asking me."

My eyes narrowed at my friend. I do not know how I will feel about what I heard. I turned my eyes to him again. Giving her my full attention.

"Are you avoiding him?" she concluded.

I frowned. "No."

He raised an eyebrow at me. "Why don't you come along?"

"And Klaud wasn't there." She said carefully as I craned my neck at him.
