Chapter 6: The Transfer

Timothy Rodriguez’s POV

I was staring at the back of my wife’s. It was nice that the dip of her small waist and flared out her bust. I was tracing it with my fingertips that she stirred in her sleep and turned to look at me. Her chest was naked and I was feasting on her breasts that my tongue has known last night.

“Good morning, beautiful. Sleep well?” I asked as I was caressing her naked shoulder before she was stretching out then she winced a bit. I chuckled before I was kissing her delicate mouth.

“Don’t worry. It will get better after the first time,” I said before Sabel was arching her eyebrow at me.

“I don’t know. You did take me 5 times last night. Or was it 6 if I was considering your tongue as well?” She asked as she was tapping her chin. I laughed before I was kissing her nose.

“Whatever it was, was it good enough that we have to sleep through our breakfast?” I asked before Sabel was looking at the clock before she groaned.

“It’s noon already? God, I have so much thing to look over,” she said as she muffled her face with the pillow. I was kissing her shoulder before I was looking at her.

“What do you mean? What things?” I asked her before Sabel sighed. She turned to look at me as she smiled at me.

“For your transfer of the properties, of course,” she said before I was sitting on the bed. The duvet fell to my waist that Sabel was ogling over with her amber eyes. I cleared my throat. If I don’t stop now, I think I wanted to ravish her as well.

“No, you can’t do that,”

“Why not?” Sabel asked before I was rubbing my face. I don’t think that would be a good idea for me to get the properties when it was not mine, to begin with.

“It would be wrong. I don’t think I want to have my head to be on your uncle’s wanted list,” I said before I was rubbing my neck. I can see the chilly stare of Sabel’s uncle on me like a predator. Sabel laughed before she was looking at me with her naked breasts and all.

Not that I have any complaints if I were to wake up like this every day. I might like it even.

“Look, all he knows now that we’re married and we have consummated our marriage. I don’t think he will be wise to attack us whenever I was around,” Sabel said as she took my hands and kissed my knuckles.

“Okay, what about when you were not around then? I think he will have Kade come after me,” I said before I gulped. Isabella was dismissing that thought with her hand.

“Don’t be ridiculous. Of course, he would not do it since he has something else on his mind,” Sabel said before I arched my eyebrow at her. She patted my hand before she slipped out of the bed. She was sashaying to the bathroom that made her buttocks jiggled in front of me right now.

“What are you doing?” I asked her before she was glancing over her shoulder, smirking at me.

Why you little minx!

“I don’t know. I think I might get some shower right now but if you want, husband…” she said as she was walking backward when I saw a patch of black hair between her legs and her smirk widened as I was getting up from the bed.

“I might ask you to join me,” she said before I was striding toward her.

“You don’t have to ask me twice about that,” I said before I was hauling her up and her laughter was filling the bathroom.

Isabella Rodriguez’s POV

I was smiling when I was holding my husband’s hand when we were sitting in front of my father’s lawyer. I was waiting for him to read the will that was left by my father after I got married. I don’t think the lawyer was happy to know that I got married without consulting him first.

“So, Baroness, this is your husband, Timothy, that you married yesterday?” He asked me as I was nodding at him. He looked at the certificates that we got after signing them yesterday. He cannot complain now since I have been legally married and my uncle cannot have any opinion about it.

“I don’t even know that you have a boyfriend,” he said before I was smiling saccharinely at him.

“Look, I don’t think that was necessary if you want to know about my husband before we got married. We have been dating in secret for the past 5 months or something,” I lied as I was looking at his expression.

Not a good one, that’s for sure.

“But getting married after knowing 5 months—“

“It was love at first sight. I know that when I saw Timothy, he will be the one for me. I will bear his children and I will make sure that I will marry him no matter what people say about us,” I said as I was staring at my lawyer. He cleared his throat before he sighed. He took off his glasses before he was looking at me.

“Look, milady, it was one thing to marry without telling me and getting my consent—“

“Since when you’re my father, hmm? I don’t think I need to tell anyone if I was to get married to the choice of my own. I am capable of thinking and making the right decision when the time arises,” I said as I was looking, okay maybe more of glaring, at the lawyer. He shrunk away from my glare.

“Of course, but what if he was not what he—“

“What are you trying to say? That my husband, the man that I chose to live the rest of my life with, will be a gold digger? Timothy did not know that I was an heiress until we arrived at the castle last night. He thinks I was the daughter of some merchants,” I said as I was looking at the lawyer. Tim was gripping my hand, to give me strength and support. I will never be thankful for him right now.

The lawyer sighed before he was opening the papers for the transfer of my properties to Timothy. He gave us to read the papers before I was signing the paper as well as Tim. The lawyer acted as our witness before he was putting the papers away.

“All is done. It will arrive in your mailbox after 1-2 weeks. I don’t know how long it will take but I will make sure it will be done as soon as possible,” he said before he stood up and we stood up as well. Tim shook his hand before the lawyer was kissing my hand.

“Until then, milady, milord,” he said before he was getting out of my father’s study that soon will be Timothy’s.

“Well, that was welcoming,” Tim said before he was smiling at me. I was taking a deep breath before I was looking at the retreating figure of the lawyer.

“I don’t think I will trust him with this,” I said before I was looking at Tim. He furrowed his eyebrows.

“Why not?”

“I don’t know. Call it instinct if you will that this lawyer will see to it that you will not inherit my wealth. I just know it,” I said before Tim called me down when he was kissing my head.

“Don’t worry. It will be over soon and you don’t have to worry about your uncle to take it from you,” Tim said before I sighed.

“You’re right. Maybe I was thinking this too much,” I said as I was rubbing my temple. Tim laughed before he scooped me bridal style.

“What are you doing?” I asked as I was wounding my hands around his neck. Tim smirked at me.

“Trying to make you forget about all this stuff and inheritance with something that we both might enjoy,” he said as he was striding toward the bedroom. I laughed at him.

“Oh, and what do you have in mind?” I asked before Tim kicked the bedroom door and kicked it again to close it.

“You’ll see and the only name that you will be screaming is my name,” he said before he was dropping on the mattress and my laughter died when there were only moans and panting left to fill in the room.
