Derric POV

Emelia finally fell asleep. She looks so peaceful. I wish I could stay in bed with her the whole day but I need to go to my father and tell him about her dream. I was hoping I was paranoid for nothing. How did the rouge Alpha even get on our land without us knowing? Where were the warriors that were supposed to check the pack perimeter? This was not supposed to happen.

I knock on my father's office door and walk in without waiting for an answer. My father is not alone in his office. My mother is with him.

"Father I need to speak to you about Emelia and the Rouge Alpha."
