I woke up in Dominic’s bed; feeling like I had the best sleep after a long time. I turned to hold Dominic, but my hand fell on his empty side of the bed, this was strange because he would never leave me in bed alone. He loved the feeling of me being in his arms; I guess with all the threats of war and me leaving, things have changed a little bit. I decided to get up and get Nilsa my wolf was bugging me to be let out so she could stretch her legs, and if I am being quiet honest I needed to feel the earth beneath my paws and smell the pine cones again. I stretched in a bed a little while longer and then got out and jumped into the shower, I played my favourite songs and sang along dancing around in my towel and as I got my yoga pants and training bra on; I could not feel more on top of the world right now, being here in the territory of my mate all the bad feelings I had, had seemingly disappeared.
