CHAPTER 9.3“Hey! I'm going to take a bath! See, you vomited on me earlier! Your hair is also very wet!!!” I said loudly. I resisted his force and push me to the bed. I headed straight to the CR and started washing. When I finished bathing, I saw that he was asleep because of his noisy snore. I noticed that he’s still wet. He was laying down to Vincent and Lester’s bed. There is only one double deck and one king-sized bed available here. I moved him to their bed with Joshua but I wiped his hair and body first before laying him down.
CHAPTER 10Lou’s Point of ViewToday is the day. Today is the last day of being a Junior High School Student. I looked around at our school. This is my school since I was in Grade 7. This is the school that taught me a lot of moral lessons. This is the school that taught me to deal with different character traits and attitudes of students. This school taught me to be patient, to be strong, and to be confident. Since this is our last day, I would like to say Thank You to those teachers who patiently understand each student. Without them, I will not be able to make it here on our last day. I stare at my classmate's faces. They’re happy. They finished Junior High School. But most of them are doleful because the new chapter with different people will start in a few. I’m thankful to these wonderful people. Without them, I can’t be the best version of myself. They taught me to embrace my flaws, my weaknesses, and lastly, trust me in the first place.I can’t say that they are my best friends
CHAPTER 11Maybe this isn't the time for me to say what I feel. Maybe we're not for each other. It's better to hide my feelings. Forget him. Forget our memories together. Start a new chapter. Wait for the person who is destined for me. A person who will love me more than the love I gave for myself. Not everyone who comes into our lives is the right person for us. Sometimes destiny is just trying us. You will encounter one person but it's not destiny because you're not destined for each other. There are feelings we cannot express. That's not easy to do. One mistake, you could lose something. You could lose everything. Sometimes you choose to be selfless so you won't hurt anyone's feelings. You don't have to worry about other people because you chose to hide your true feelings. It wasn't easy but I know I will survive this test of love. For sure God is just trying how fast will I fall in love. He knows best for me. Nothing beats with a love orchestrated by God. This is my story. This is
CHAPTER 12Lou’s Point of ViewIt's been a month since the grade 10 students moved up and now, I miss the person who smiles at me. I miss you so much. I've been stalking you every day to satisfy myself because I can’t see you. I’m hiding this feeling for almost a month now. They said you’re different. Your good attitude made me fall in love with you. You're so kind, lovable, caring and a person with a sense of humor. That's why many people love you. A lot of girls chasing you. What I like about you the most is that you are brave in everything. You showed us that you're not going to give up and continue to fight. I’m scared of confessing because you might stay away. There will be an awkwardness between us. It hurts me to see you happy with others. I’m always talking to myself why can't you do what they can do for Gio? Sometimes I feel sad because I am here in faraway while staring at you. I get envious, doleful, and hurt sometimes. Why can't I confess? My feelings for you are very obvio
CHAPTER 13Valentine’s Day (2 months before the Moving Up)Lou’s Point of ViewToday is Valentine’s Day. All the couples were excited to celebrate this event. As I said, there is a program here at our school where various bands will play. There is no class today because students are allowed to relax this time.It is five o'clock in the afternoon and we are here in the court of our school. As usual, my friends and I are together. Solo flight because everyone has no partners for this year. So sad.“Heeeeeeeey everyone!” Gedie screamed walking towards our direction.“Why you’re late?” I asked her interrogatively.“I’m with Syrel. Bear with us!” She joined our line and we waited for the band to come. The bad who will be going to perform are those beginners and underrated. SSG officers picked them so they can showcase their talent.Half of those on the court are couples while the remaining half are unfortunate and single. I can’t identify myself where I belong. Am I one of the unfortunate o
CHAPTER 14The Wildest Concert (One and a half month before the Graduation)Lou’s Point of View“Okay class as part of your performance task for the last quarter, you’re going to make a concert! You need to entertain those students who will watch your performances. Since this is a concert, you need to prepare different talents. Anything will do. Soloist, duo, trio, or even by a group. Make sure everyone will perform because there will be a rule in the grading system. If one person didn’t perform anything, all of you will be deducted 5 points. If 5 people didn’t perform, automatically, you’ll deduct 25 points.” Ma’am Lisay explained to us our last performance task in this school. I thought cheer dance is the last but it’s not.“Oh my gosh! Is it real, Ma’am?” Gedie asked.“Yes. You are not the only one who will do it.”“Where are we going to perform our piece, Ma’am?” Caye asked.“In the stage in front of many students. Be ready and don’t get nervous!” We were shocked because of this. R
CHAPTER 15SUMMER ESCAPADELou’s Point of ViewSummer has started and it’s a season of coloring my hair! This is my tradition since when I was in 6th Grade. This is a trend for every student during the summer.“Are you ready?” My sister asked me as she finished mixing the bleaching powder and oxidizing lotion.“Yes,” I answered nervously. Honestly speaking, this is my first time bleaching my hair. I was scared in the first place because it might ruin my hair forever. Since I trust my sister, she will do it carefully.“Here we go” my sister started applying the mixture on my hair while I’m scrolling my cellphone now. We’re having a swimming tomorrow with my 9th Grade classmates. We planned this before our Moving Up Ceremony. It’s my friend’s birthday, Jamie. She let me organized this swimming because she knew I’m hands-on doing this kind of stuff. Before the school year ended, I collected their contribution to the swimming pool. Jamie will provide the foods since it’s her birthday and i
CHAPTER 16CHILL TOGETHER (PREVIEW)MONTHS AFTER THE ENROLLMENTI woke up when I suddenly heard my alarm ring on my cellphone. I turned it off and I sit on my bed. I have a walk today. We are going to Syrel's house.I turned on my cellphone and looked at Jonel Fam’s Group Chat. It looks like they're on their way to Syrel's house. I have fixed myself and combed my messy hair. I changed my clothes and brushed my teeth.*beep*My cellphone vibrates. I looked and there was a message.Joshua: I’m going to pick you up there?I typed...Gio: All right, let’s have a ride on your motorbikeAnd I sent it. I'm done fixing myself and just waiting for Joshua. If you are wondering what is happening, just nothing. My friends decided to have a chill day since we’re busy last week because of examinations. Since I have nothing to do, I will just come so I can bond with them. It's been a long time since we last got together. Maybe the ball? Jeez, I don't remember. It's August and that was in April. I mis
