EPILOGUE

Hailey stood in front of the whole family, her seven year old palms sweaty.

She'd spent the whole night reciting this all over again, so it shouldn't be a big deal, yeah?

"It's okay, baby, it's just us." Jojo whispered from her seat, her very pregnant belly making her movement strenuous.

Well, here goes nothing.

"Uhhmm, this is my family tree....." She started a little shyly,  pointing to the treelike structure balanced on the table next to her, stuck full of pictures.

Her voice was so small, but it carried around the room.

"I made it myself, well, mummy helped.....a lot. And I'm taking it to school for show and tell on Monday."

She could see her daddy giving her an encouraging thumbs up and it put the light into her eyes and confidence in her voice.
