Chapter Thirty one

The party was a last minute plan, Raven was stressed enough. It was just a family gathering.

So, it wasn’t a lot to plan out. Tessa loved birthday, so Raven wanted it to be over the top even though it was just going to be them in the house. She wanted it to be something that would remind her of her youthful age.

Raven installed a flower bomb for Tessa, she learnt it from a diy video. The birthday candles was impressive enough, and Raven added a touch of whimsy using Tessa’s favorite cookie.

Louis helped to order flowers, she transformed a selection of simple supermarket flowers into an inexpensive—but gorgeous—masterpiece.

Pastels weren’t left out, they were lovely, and soft pinks, but Raven chose a bold color. It was supposed to be a vibrant, no-holds-barred party.

Louis also dressed up standard balloons by filling them with confetti for a pop of colorful birthday party décor.

Aunt May had taken Tessa out to distract her. Rose and the two maids helped with the decorations. They work
