Chapter Eight

She hurriedly put on her black sandals and rushed down through the regal stairs. Her mother in law was waiting for her down in the Hall. When she reached the hall. Olivia was sitting on the couch, eyes on the latest magazine. She saw a new face standing behind the couch. 

      " Mom, " She smiled while inhaling deeply. 

     " Rose, are you alright? You still need rest, you can't run like this. " Olivia stared at her. 

     " Yeah, mom. Don't worry. It's just stairs. " She tried to show it, normal. Her rapid breaths made it unsuccessful. 

      " Hmm, this is Vanessa Hudgens. She's your new bodyguard. " Olivia said with her usual smile. 

       " What happened with Mel? " She befuddled, " Is she alright? " Mel did wrong to her, still she was not ready to punish her. 

      " Vanessa, " Olivia gesticulated at Vanessa.
