It infuriated her that there was no privacy. The security was so tight inside and outside of the mansion. Somehow, someone still was able to put the box in her room. She was careful. She couldn't put herself under lock.

Due to her fear, she couldn't ditch the day and the duties the marriage brought upon her.

She was about to leave the room but halted. He was dressed in a charcoal grey suit with a maroon silk tie. It was matching his eyes. His forehead was creased under his dark expression.

Her heart began to beat faster. She didn't want him to know anything about the stalker. It would complicate things between them. People considered him evil, a monster, commanding the streets of the city.

Her eyes sparkled as they locked with him, "Good morning," She blushed and controlled hard to rein her smile.
