Two days have passed since Collin received the summon from the king, he didn’t know what it was because he didn’t open it, a messenger came two days ago, he was not let into the pack lands, his warriors just informed him that the messenger was there and he asked them to take whatever message he came with. They took the letter and the messenger left. Collin got the letter from his warriors and saw that it had a seal from the king.
He looked at it them shoved it in his drawer, he had no business with the king so the king had no business writing to him, that was his thought when he didn’t read the letter and shoved it into his desk drawer. The king called the messenger he sent when he didn’t hear back from Collin, he was expecting him to arrive at the palace
That day on the road Aiden was not talking, he was not happy at all by the way things turn out, he went to Black Moon pack to teach Collin a lesson but instead, he ended up being the one who was made to look stupid and incompetent. He hated that, Collin was too arrogant and still wanted to teach him a lesson he will never forget. As if it was not enough for him to disrespect his king but he had to make him beg him to come and help. On that road, on the way back to his palace, Aiden swore that he will not let this go.
Two days have passed since the attack, this time the rogues didn’t do much damage, they only managed to burn the houses that were not far from the border but only three of them, nothing was taken and a lot of them lost their lives including two vampires. These past two days were spent clearing the bodies and burning them. Today everything was sorted and Collin planned and going back to Black Moon. “Young Alpha, we didn’t get a chance to talk yet, I just wanted to thank you for being here and for saving my life.” The Golden Moon alpha thanked Collin but frowned not knowing what he was talking about, as far as he knew he did not save anyone. “What are you talking about alpha?” the alpha shook his head then looked up at Collin with admiration in
When they finally reached the border after three hours of driving fast on the road, they made it to the border of Black Moon territory, they drove to the gates but what was strange was that there was no warrior insight when they reached the gates. Collin caught a faint scent of blood in the air and jumped out of the car while it was still moving. He ran like a mad man following the scent with the warriors driving behind. Worry was now visible on their faces, their sense were not like that of their alpha so they have not smelled the blood in the air yet. But from the way, their alpha jumped out of the car and ran. It made them sure that something was wrong, they were anxious to get to where their alpha was leading them to but before they could make it, the smell of blood hit the
When Collin saw that the vampires were not making moves to came for him, he moved and walked straight to where Sasha had fallen. When he got to her, the state she was in was not good at all, the fireball he sent to her burned her chest and had burnt the flesh on her chest. She had her had on the grass whispering a spell, her clothes were sticking on her chest, she saw the shadow lingering above her and she turned to look.Collin was standing above her, with a cold expression. “I can heal myself; I just have to finish the spell.” She told him like he cared whether she lived or died. “What makes you think that I care if you can heal yourself or not?” he asked her and she winced in pain holding right below her ribcage. “Spare my life like I once spared
After looking at their brothers and saw enemies in them the vampires then turned their heads and looked at the man. They all bowed and chanted in unison. “Master” this shocked the warriors, they didn’t know what was happening and why the bloodsuckers were calling their alpha master. But they stood there and watched it all unfold. This was history in the making! Pity there wasn’t anyone here to record it in the history books.“You all saw the enemy, isn’t it so?” asked demon Demetrio. “Yes, master.” He nodded “Now destroy the enemy before it destroys you.” He said then stood back and watched as the vampires started acting out of character, attacking each other and killing one another without mercy. The warriors wer
When Collin got to the pack hospital the pack doctor was already waiting for him with two of her assistants, they had a stretcher with them, Collin laid her down on the stretcher, his arms were covered in her blood and when he saw that, Carl pushed to the surface growling mincingly at the doctor and the assistants not wanting them to get close to her now. His wolf instincts to protect her were now on a hundred, she got hurt and he didn’t protect her and their pup.Just then Katherine burst into the doors and saw Collin pacing next to the stretcher Mercy was laying on, the doctor and her assistants cowering away from their alpha. Collin was letting his alpha power flow in waves scaring the poor doctor and assistants, the power was so strong that pack members that were close
Ambrosia the vampire could not stand the baby dying, he was born prematurely because of him, the baby coming into the world the time he did saved his life, so he did not want him to die, he was his master and he wanted to save his life in return like he saved his. But wondered if they will allow him to bring him back, he thought about it but didn’t have much time before the body gets cold, so he had no choice but to open his mouth and speak.“I can help.” He said softly that no one heard him, he was nervous and for a reason. Werewolves and vampires were sworn, enemies. He didn’t know how they will take his offer but he went ahead and spoke louder. “I can help bring him back.” The people in the room turned their heads towards him, Collin’
Days passed and Mercy spent those days next to her baby at the pack hospital, not once did she leave his sight, she would shower and change at the hospital. Katherine would bring her a change of clothes and food. Ambrosia only left when Katherine was there with Mercy, he would go hunting so that he could feed to keep his strength up then go back and guard his master. Collin never set foot in the hospital during those days.He lived his life as if nothing happened and took care of the pack. Pack members wanted to go and see their Luna at the hospital but Katherine told them that it was not the right time yet for a visit, she said that she will tell them when the time comes when they can visit. Some have seen the vampire and the word spread quickly. Everyone in the pack now knew a
