Eighteen: A little
My day was so, so bad.
Waking up in the morning, the first thing that had ruined my mood was the fact that my roomies weren't willing to speak with me. But since Virg was the mature one, she had only greeted me, but had done or said nothing further. I guessed they were upset that I had behaved crazily towards them last night.
To worsen all this, I hadn't seen Roy all day. What if he had decided to give up on me? Or what if that Kathleen had made him leave me? So upsetting.
I heaved a sigh, turned around to take my leave. It was six already, so I had to leave for work. I only hoped my boss wouldn't ask me to take the night off for a second time.
