Her tears came falling down like rain. She did stop the war, but not the separation. The scene turned harder to bear when Maddie, too, was distorting in shape. He raised his hand and stepped back, stopping them from getting any closer.

'Don't,' he mouthed.

He had sought his revenge, and now he was ready to go.

'It's time to meet my brother.' His voice echoed as the last solid piece of him faded away.

"Don't go?" Miracle whimpered, watching her tears fall through the translucent body in her arms.
