Moonlight barely lit the room. She felt the weight of a heavy arm wrapped around her waist when she stirred in her sleep. A heavy blanket covered her. It was warm, unlike what she was used to – the cold floor. She slowly turned to face him; she would be serving him for now. Her new master, the Alpha of the Blood Moon pack.
