Chapter 15

 When they reached the restaurant, Prisca's mother met her old friend and she decided to join their lunch to catch up. The launch was going really well for Prisca's mother , but she? Not so much. She couldn't even focus, she wondered how lunch with her mother would've been if her mother didn't happen to meet her old friend because she  was in no mood to go out , but she had to for the sake of her mother. Her mind was a mess and she couldn't seem to get everything Jason said out of her head.

Her mother's friend might have said something funny because they both laughed and when she didn't ,he mother knew something was really wrong.

"Prisca" she called.

  No answer.

  "Prisca" she called louder and Prisca jumped back a little embarrassed.

"Yes mum"

Her mother  didn't want to ask what was wrong in front of her friend but she noticed that something was wrong with Prisca even before they left the house.
