Echo’s Pov:

I remember that my butt rested on the cold floor which was almost freezing me to the death. Freezing my heart to death and also freezing my heart to coldness.

But when I grasped the area below me, it wasn’t the cold floor where I was made a captive.

It was warm and cozy. It felt as a dream that I was sleeping on the cozy and warm bed. It had been so many days that I wasn’t able to get a proper sleep.

 Unconsciousness could never be considered as the sleep after all, not in my perspective.

Being a captive in a lion’s den, no not a lion he was more of a jackal like a person. Fraud and cunning!

I could never forget how cunningly he had brought me from the hotel. Before I was scared of the death and scared of the pains but after yesterday’s night when I viewed such a deathly night alone in the store room, myself near to the death in every seconds, I started fearing&
