Chapter 37~Need to forget everything~

Echo’s POV: 

I was lost in thoughts when I was startled with the sudden bump on the car. The driver applied the brakes so suddenly that I nearly bumped my head on the front seat.

“What’s wrong?” I asked as I hold Dimitri who was asleep on my laps and I was unaware of it. His body was motionlessly laying on mine.

“There was a dog in front of us,” he said as he started to drive again.

I gazed at Dimitri’s face as he was the only one who could give me more of a new environment for me. I peeked at his soft milky white cheeks which were chubby and bubbly. His lashes were long landing safely and peacefully. They were long as his dad.
