Chapter 165 ~Anne's unheard voice~
Anne's POV:
This is the first time, I am feeling something warm on my skin, something that isn't fearing me at all.
I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was light.
It was beautiful.
I raised up my hands to feel those brims of light.
My hands seem so different today. It's been long. It's been so long that I haven't been able to touch the light. I haven't been able to feel the sun. I haven't even seen my own hands.
They look beautiful. I remember they used to look like animals claws till I remember but today it looks beautiful like it had been manicured beautifully.
This might be a dream. If this is dream, then I didn't want to wake up. I wanted to keep on dreaming cause this dream looks beautiful. This dream felt like freedom. It felt like an amazing imagination.
I didn't even want to blink my eyes. I was afraid. Afraid that even if I blink my eyes, this all could change back to what it had been before.
