Caleb’s Point of View
I knew that the Moon Goddess had been smiling on me, because just as we took a break, I received word from our border patrol that the women were headed back to the pack house. Daphne is always able to settle the anger within in. She calms the beast when he roars out of control.
I waited rather impatiently by the front door until the vehicle she is in pulls up. I watch as her and the other women get out chattering excitedly about the pampering that they had just received. Just seeing my beautiful mate step from the car has a calming effect on me. As soon as she entered the door I reach out and grab her hand pulling her to me in a big hug.
