I thought for sure I was going to hear from Dalton at some point that day, but I didn't. Chris had been acting differently ever since I told her about Dalton. I had given a call to Dawson and canceled our lunch date. It wasn't like I didn't want to go, but with Dalton around and what had happened. A date was the last thing on my mind. Besides, I had no idea where Dalton was, and the last thing I needed at the moment was him seeing me with someone else. I didn't want to hurt Dalton and for some reason, I felt like I owed him an explanation.

The club started to play slower music as the night went on. I had two drinks in me and then switched to water. Dawson stayed by my side most of the night. Chris was nowhere to be found. She had sent me a text letting me know she was tired and was going to take a cap home. I tried to find her before she left, but I was guessing I was already too late. Dalton's POV,I sat in the dark, drink in my hand. My mind was lost again. All I could see was her. She was my other half. The only one who could keep my demons quiet. The only one that mattered. I took care of the first problem we faced and she was mine again. I still don't know who sent her parent's pictures of us, but it caused me to lose her again. I let it happen, I knew she loved me. I let them take her from me. Knowing in the back of my head. She would be mine again someday, but that's not how this is happening.&

I always thought that the loss of someone I was in love with. Was the worse pain I would have to go thought. I was very wrong. It's been three days since I lost my mother and father to a car crash. My best friend Chris and Dalton have been helping me to get all the funeral arrangements together. I've decided to move back into my parent's home and continue online schooling. I was left with everything my parents owned and I didn't want the house to sit empty. It was too far of a drive to go back and forth to the college. Although I will be going one day out of the week. I didn't want to lose what I worked so hard for.
