Chapter 97: Hang on!

Edmund tried to crawl out with all his might from within the black magic circle containing the cursed Mana Tree. Unfortunately, the circle absorbed his power very quickly. He couldn't use his magic power because the black magic circle must have absorbed his power faster. Edmund had to free himself from that cursed circle first.

Outside the magic circle, Andras was battling Sir Gale Gallahan and Benji. Meanwhile, a group of demons that kept coming fought against the combined forces of elves, dwarves, and humans. Demons have killed many. The look of despair was evident on the faces of the remaining soldiers. Even so, they refused to run away and chose to fight valiantly to the last drop of blood. Their sacrifices would probably be in vain if the situation continued like this. Soon they lost badly. Edmund must immediately help and free himself.

Edmund cursed himself. How could he so recklessly fall into the enemy's trap?
