My fault.....

Another week passed after the moment they got separated in the bathroom at king Damien's place . The situation with the crystal was serious and king Damien hadn't stepped out of his office at all . When she would see go to see him , she noticed the tired expression on his eyes and felt awful because she couldn't help him .  Charlotte passed by the council room and noticed that the door was opened . She could hear the oppositions of the nobles and the conflicts between the lords . Charlotte peeked a bit through the door that was left a bit open and looked at king Damien . he was giving energy to the crystal so that it could continue to work normally like it usually did but the energy that the crystal of power required was draining him . She could clearly see how tired he was , he had also lost weight due to the lack of rest .
