Chapter fifty-six

Writer's POV

Continuation of flashback

"I miss you, Al." She said.

"I miss you more. You were on my mind each passing day. Still is."

There was no response from her, but she closed her eyes shut. Then hummed a foreign sound that sent shivers down his spine.

Noticing his tensed mood, she flicked her eyes opened and rewarded him with grin. Showing gim the gap in her teeth which he loved so much. Then she pulled away from him.

It was odd because they were the only couple on the beach, no human figure was there. Not even Bruce and Benny, his dogs. Which became more fremd, because he loved taking his dogs with him for an evening walk at the beach. Wether with company or not. But the beach was deserted.

He returned hid eyes to the woman who had captured his heart and wrapped in between her fingers. She was laughing and giggling, as the light wave at the end of the beach water, tickled her toes.
