The silence was broken when they heard a pair of footsteps coming down to the kitchen.
"Good morning pals! Why the solemn faces?" Team said as he yawned and stretched his arms. It was soon followed by Simon and Rose who proceeded to the living room and sat down on the couch while rubbing their eyes.

A loud crash suddenly echoed around the ship and Team was brought back from his thoughts. He tilted his head slightly out in the open just enough to see what was going on, and was delighted to see the scene before him. Ash eyes started to stir as he felt a soft and smooth palm caressing his cheeks. It was such a light and calm gesture that reminded him of someone from the past. He slowly opened his eyes to know what was going on around him, to confirm if what he suspected was right and he wasn't disappointed. Ash and Alexander carried Team body to hide him carefully behind the cargo box, not wanting someone to find Team and attack him in such a defenseless state. Everything happened in a blink of an eye before the remaining enemies understand what was happening to their leader. They momentarily stood frozen, completely abashed by the scene that happened. The last things Ash heard were the sweet chirping of the birds and the light breeze of the wind cooling his body as the last remnants of his sleep left. When he opened his eyes he was greeted by the warm rays of the sun piercing through the window curtain that made him close his eyes again from the pain of the light.
