Chapter:-25

Ash opened his eyes as he was met with the pitch black darkness inside his room. The world was silent as if it had ended during the night. The sun was far below the horizon and the street was as dark as some old-school black and white movie. He could hear the sweet chirping of the birds as their song resonated through his room.

As Ash closed his eyes he could feel the alluring pull from his dreams, beckoning him back to play. Only as he started to recollect his thoughts from last night did he open his eyes widely and got up into a sitting position. He begrudgingly switched the light, it flickered and immediately the room was bathed in unnatural electric glow.

Another gloomy day, since he was dreading what would happen tonight.

'Suck it up, Ash! It's still early in the morning and you're thinking of the worst already.' Ash sigh
