CHAPTER FOURTEEN

                I began to walk back and forth. His poker face frightened me most. He wouldn't question me about what I was doing here without informing him. 

       The door opened. He peeled off the phone from his ear as his gaze met mine. Slotting his phone back into his pocket, he strode at me. 

      What was hurting him, the thoughts were making my head hurt. I trudged near him. and looked in his eyes, "Chris," I whispered. 

      "Yea," He ignored to look at me and frowned at the piles of the files. 

       I sighed and turned to the desk. I picked them one by one and arranged it on the wooden ranks, "I know. You don't trust in our wedding. But we can be friends." I said. 

       I forwarded my hand to put the last file. He grasped my hand and twirled me, "What are you trying
