I was standing at the window, staring at the ground, and I sighed... it's the weekend, so I'll have to spend the rest of it in my room. My age group enviously looks down on me. They were free to travel anywhere they pleased and do whatever they pleased, unlike me, who was forced to spend my whole existence inside the palace. Although most of the students were cruel, school was my only safe haven. At least I got a taste of what it was like to be a normal adolescent.

"What's the problem, sighing princess?"

I swiftly turn to face Killian, gradually becoming accustomed to his presence in my room. Even if he was merely sitting someplace, I get the feeling he's not there.

"Would you like to go outside?" says the narrator. I know now that our last journey was insufficient."
