No One's POV
.
Zayden stopped the car a little distance away from the society in which Grace used to live on her request because she didn’t want to be seen with him by anyone otherwise people would start talking nonsense about her character. She quickly reached for the door handle and tried to open it, but the door didn’t budge. She wanted to escape from him as soon as possible, but just like always he had other intentions. She looked at him as if asking him why the door wasn’t opening.
“You promised to fulfill one of my wishes if I will not drop you near your home.”, Zayden reminded her with a naughty intention in his mind.
‘What does he want now?’
No One’s POV.Grace quickly removed the bracelet from her wrist and kept it inside her handbag, in haste so that her mother wouldn’t see it and interrogate about it. She knocked at the door, and a very angry father opened it.Oh shit! How did I forget that even my father and my brother were going to return home from town?‘I am dead. I am so dead.’I hope mom would have handled the situation because she knew who I was, or maybe she would have told the truth? Well, all I could wish for was the later option.“Why did you plan to stay at your friend’s house even though it was her bir
No One’s POV.Grace snapped her head to look at her father. Was he serious? She can’t marry, especially with all the responsibilities of the family. Her father was diagnosed with cancer and her brother was still studying. If she got married then who would earn in the family?“N.No, dad. I can’t marry. What about you and Blake?”, She said.“I am still alive, Grace. I know what to do, better than you. Moreover, it is better to die with disease than because of shame.”, He scolded her to which she lowered her head.“You are getting married and that’s final. I don’t want people to know that you are in connection with a criminal. What if
No One’s POV.Grace was neither happy nor sad. She felt like she was stuck in such a situation from where she was not able to see any ray of hope in her life. While on the other side her father was happy that finally, she was going to marry the man of his choice, who was from a good family and had a good reputation in society. He was glad that his daughter was getting married, secretly without letting that criminal know about this marriage. He was sure that if Zayden knew anything about the wedding, he would burn the whole place, literally. He felt relaxed and calmed as he was sure that they had outrun him. With this thought, he walked into Grace’s room to check whether she was ready or not. And there she was, she was looking like a fairy in her white wedding gown. But she w
No One’s POV.“C.Can’t you forget me? Please let me go, and I promise that I will not tell anything about you to anyone.”, Grace tried for one more last time, making Zayden irritate a little more. He wanted to scold her but then he didn’t want her to cry.“Anything?”, He asked, raising his brow.Grace felt a spark of hope. If he asked what he wanted and if she would give it to him then he would leave her forever. This mere thought brought a small smile to her face. “Yes! Anything you want. I will work hard to pay any amount which you will ask.”, She quickly replied, thinking it was money he was going to ask. He felt sad, hearing her desperation to be away from him.
No One’s POV.“We are close, sweetheart!. When I brought you last time, you were unconscious.”, Zayden announced. Grace didn’t say anything. After ten minutes, the car came to a halt. “Now, sweetheart, before I open the door for you, let me clear you a few things. First, don't dare to think of running away because everyone around you is werewolves and they will catch you easily. Let’s stop talking about others, I myself will chase around. Second, you are near the forest so you have to get habitual about hearing the howl of the wolves as that is one of our ways to communicate. Okay!”, He asked.“Yes.”, She answered. Zayden dipped his head again and pecked her cheek, to which she closed her eyes in disgust. What more could she do? After a while, he opened the door for her.
No One’s POV . “Get ready. There is a surprise for you.”, Zayden said when she finally opened her eyes after resting for a few hours. Grace checked the time and then looked outside. It was already 7:16 PM. She already guessed that whatever was Zayden’s surprise. It surely includes dinner. There was a dress for her. So, without saying anything she picked up the dress and walked into the washroom. ‘She needs some time.’, Zayden chanted this mantra in his mind to control his anger. He hated being ignored by her but then, whatever he did yesterday was unforgivable. ‘I will hate myself forever for forcing you to marry me.’
No One’s POV . “No.No!”, She lied. “Again, with the lies, sweetheart? Let me tell you one thing that we werewolves can smell the feelings and to your bad luck, it includes LIES.”, He said. Grace lowered her head in embarrassment. She brought her hand to the strand of hair that came out and pushed it behind her ear. “S.sorry.”, She whispered without looking into Zayden's eyes. He noticed her movement and smiled without saying anything. Since the road was completely empty and far away from town, Zayden was driving the car at an unbelievable speed. He was way too excited to show her the arrangement he had asked his men to do. He had planned something for her even last time but nothing happened as per his wish. So, he was just praying that nothin
No One’s POV.“We are here, sweetheart!”, Zayden informed Grace, when they reached the entrance of the deep forest. She fell asleep even though she tried not to fall asleep, she couldn’t resist the temptation due to the dim lighting of the car.Hearing his voice, she came out of her trance and observed her surroundings. They were near the deep and dark forest. It looked beautiful and scary at the same time.Beautiful?Well, that’s because the entrance was fully decorated with colorful lights. She had never seen such a beautiful decoration in her life. Seeing the beauty with the mixture of nature, she couldn’t prevent herself from gasping in awe. Zayden no
