"Lydia!" I proclaimed in joy and relief as I set my eyes on my close friend who seemed unharmed. I threw my arms around her neck and brought her close to my body, enjoying her familiar scent that soothed me.

She giggled a bit, uncomfortably holding me for a short moment before she finally relaxed in my arms and gently patted my back, "you seem to have missed me so, Lady Aphrodite."

I could not help the tears that escaped me as I buried my face in her shoulder, "what have I told you about calling me Lady Aphrodite?" I scolded her half-heartedly, refusing to lift my head from her embrace.
