There was a hush in the air as I clutched the fur coat tighter around my body to shield myself from the cold. Yet, the cold was far from my mind. I was very much aware that some person else occupied the room with me but I cared very little for that. All I cared for was the creation before my eyes.

Unlike the outrageous ball gowns that I am always dressed in, this dress was an A line with no extra tulle to make it appear bigger. I could tell that if I were to wear it, it would not weigh the same weight as my ballgowns with iron rings underneath.

Instead, the dress had beauty in its simplicity. Sleeves were non-existent, a simple sheer that matched with my skin tone were on the shoulders of the mannequin to show how the dress would sit on me. The dress was made from a bright and white lace, and the dress was slightly transparent.
