Chapter 31 - Meeting the Nitoris'

On the way to Wisteria, Kyle was feeling nervous. This is only the second time he would meet my parents personally. I could hear him sighing repeatedly.

"Hey can you stop that?" I was getting annoyed hearing his sighs.

I could see the glances from his driver, Zeke, and from Nigel, one of the royal guards, when I almost yelled at their crown prince.

"I can't help it. I'm nervous." He answered.

I chuckled, not because he looks like a coward, but because I was glad he felt that way. He wasn't conceited like other men or other royals. He was still humble if he felt anxious about meeting his girlfriend's family.
