Chapter 66 - The Courtyard

“Let’s have our lunch outside.”

“Okay. Well, it has been a while since we ate outside except at our restaurant.

“Do you like it?” Harvey asked while starting the engine and driving the car out of the cemetery.

“Of course. Oh, by the way, where are the others? From the time we left the house, I haven’t seen them,” Ara asked. She thought that Aunt Melba and the rest would be following them, but until they left the cemetery, she had not seen the rest of them.

“Ryan and the rest were already in the restaurant. They will just attend the mass, while Aunt Melba, Uncle Domeng, and Lulu will be following us soon. They were just caught in the traffic.”

“They were caught in the traffic? Weren’t they just following us?”

“Yeah, I’m not clear about what happened, but they said that there was a traffic incident.”

“Oh, how was them?”

“Don't worry, they're okay. They were not the one involved in the accident, it's just that, the accident happened in front of them and they were not able to pass.”
