27 | A marketplace

Tequila looked outside the window of the car and she was in awe. She would admit that she expected a rural settlement. Maybe people in dirty clothes and dirty streets and tattered people. That was the idea that she had. The land of Ikram was a bit removed from civilization, at least that was what she thought. The place was beautiful, it was clean and it was serene. And yet it had a homey feeling to it. Tequila could smell bread baking, she could see women dressed like she was walking down the streets with their family. She could see children playing.

"The place is so beautiful, it is not as elegant as the palace but it is very beautiful in it's own right," Dream said. Her face was glued to the other side of the window. It seemed that her sister had taken the words right out of her mouth.

"It is, Dream," Tequila agreed.

"We should stop at the marketplace, it will be the perfect place to tour and see Ikram," Amir suggested and Uthman clapped his hands. Tequila wondered if he had been t
