Minerva hastily ran into her mother, Kristina's, embrace as soon as she arrived at the garden where her father, Santi, and Uncle Lorenzo also stayed. She was instantly caught by her mother, so she buried her face in her chest while she clung to her neck.
"What's wrong?" Kristina asked. Minerva just shook her head.
"Ah, Aunt Kristina, Minnie was just embarrassed."
Minerva's little head immediately sprung from her mother's chest and glared at Marcus, who had quickly followed her to the garden.
"Embarrassed?" She heard her father ask. Minerva instantly eyed her father, who coincidentally was looking at her with amusement and curiosity in his blue jeweled eyes.
Hmp. Obviously, Daddy would question Marcus. Worse, he might also tease her together with Uncle Lorenzo!
