Emma came back home safely, but the entire journey back to home was very quiet. Stephen did speak anything in the car and this made Emma unhappy. It was she who had send pictures of the items in Stephen's car to Agent Jones. The agent would have been alive if she had not done that. In addition to this, She felt that she had played with Stephen and betrayed him. The guilt made her feel uneasy and she wanted to stay away from Stephen.
The one thing that surprised Emma was Stephen mentioning Julia's boyfriend. Though Julia was her best friend, she did not know that Julia had a boyfriend. Emma was sure that no one knew about her boyfriend. She decided to ask Andre about Julia. Andre was Julia's boyfriend before they broke up and he started hanging out with Cathy.

The snow covered most areas of the town of Roseville again. There was a heavy snowfall yesterday night that almost covered most of the homes and buildings. Several people stood early in the morning outside their homes removing the snow with their shovels. Agent Wilson sat along with the hospital's security guard, in a room where they could see all the video footages of the hospital. When Andre went to washroom, he had himself installed a spy camera in Andre's ward. It was fitted exactly on the side of the table near Andre's bed. Emma and Nancy took a local bus to reach a bus stop closer to their home. Emma sat listening to music throughout the journey. Nancy, on the other hand, fell asleep within few minutes.
