OLIVE

I was angry Nolan couldn't control his jealousy. I had thought he was doing all that because of our last incident. I never thought he was acting so mean just because I went out with someone. I returned to my work post and sat down. I couldn't control myself so I kept tapping my leg on the floor. Why would he act that way?. I kept asking myself so many questions. Someone tapped the table and I raised my head. "What's wrong?" Ella asked

I picked a file up and opened it. "Nothing". My eyes were glued to the file.

"That's a lie"

I looked at her. "I am serious. There is nothing wrong"

She frowned. "It doesn't look like it. Even your voice has betrayed you"

I rolled my eyes and sighed. "Ella, there is nothing"

"Spare me that and start talking"

I sighed. "Ella..."

The door to Nolan's office opened and he walked out. I focused my eyes on the file on the table. "Nolan" Ella cooed

"Ella. What are you doing here?"
