Chapter 33
Maverick has been trying to avoid Darryl and Tasha for days. But it seems like anywhere he turns, they are always there. Happily talking to each other, laughing, bonding. There are times that Maverick just wants to shoot them in the head. But he always does everything he can to stop himself.
Gonzalo ordered them to stay in the estate until their problem with Patricia's stepmother and the Maxfords are done. It's the reason why no matter how much he wants to get away from them, he can't.
"Good morning, Mav." Maverick wanted to laugh because he was just thinking about Darryl and Tasha. Maverick decided just to walk away and leave.
Darryl was calling his name but chose to ignore him. There's nothing between him and Tash. So he doesn't have the right to be angry.
"What's your problem, man? Did I do something to offend you?" But Darryl followed him.
"Nothing. Just leave me alone." Maverick responded and continued on his way.

Patricia decided to stay with Levi when he fell asleep. She felt terrible for what happened to his beautiful face. Almost his whole face is swollen and bruised. Both his brows and lips have cuts.
