"Lucian, something is wrong with mate," Adal said with a tone of urgency, but Ignore him.

"Lucian!" He called again. 

"You're just being paranoid, okay! She will be fine. She's not a kid that can't take care of herself so please, let me focus on what I'm being taught in class!" I shunned, and he growled angrily at me.

I haven't seen her since she ran out of the dining hall and Adal has been pacing restlessly in my mind, urging me to go search for her.

"Okay. I'm sorry," I apologized and he stopped growling. "She is a full-grown adult, I'm sure she can ta....."

I was in the middle of trying to make Adal reason with me when I felt a slight change in the air. 

I sensed an unknown energy bubbling in the air. All the supernaturals in the classroom felt it too and we all looked at each other questioningly.
