Chapter 67
I could trip in front of so many people and laugh it off. Or have myself ridiculed in front of the cashier ‘cause I was so anxious to order. I’ll shrug it off and forget about it at the end of the day. But being humiliated inside of a coffee shop, having water poured all over my hair and face, while the customers and everyone else inside the cafe is watching, is something I could never forget easily.
My system wouldn’t let me sleep in peace as long as I’m not able to avenge myself.
“Juno! What the hell?!” Jace pulled me away from my cousin as I heard him called out for security. I was trembling in anger as I watched Tatiana wearing a proud annoying smirk on her face.

I’m not sure how our sweet, wholesome interaction last night ended up to a silent, awkward drive to the office.
